Yes. Free patient parking is available in our building.
We are located inside the Citywest Medical Centre building and have free parking available at levels B1 and B2
marked as MC-patient. The only thing you need to do is ask our receptionist to stamp on your parking ticket,
then get it validated in the medical centre reception prior to going back to your car.
What is the Child Dental Benefits Schedule?
The Child Dental Benefits Schedule is a dental benefits program for children aged 2–17 years that provides up to $1,095 over two years to each child of eligible families for basic dental services. Visit the Department of Human Services website for more information about the program. You can also check your child’s eligibility and CDBS balance through your Medicare online account at MyGov, or by calling 132 150.
Do you accept private Health Insurance?
We accept all major Australian health funds and have the HICAPS claiming
system in operation meaning you should only have to pay the gap amount.
How long will my first appointment take?
The appointment times may vary according to your treatment requirements. We would like to allocate sufficient time for each patient depending on their specific needs. For a new patient, check-up and clean appointment lasts approximately 45 minutes.
Please remember to arrive a few minutes early to ensure we have all your information to get started.
Aside from general, surgical and cosmetic dental services, does your clinic accept emergency cases?
We understand that you need priority when you have a dental emergency, which is why we try to keep some space available in our schedule for last-minute visits. Please call our friendly team if you feel you require an emergency appointment, and we will schedule you in accordingly to address your urgency.
